Booked a friend on ITA airways to/from TLV for Pesach in September. They are now flying but return connection is messed up. Any chance of getting them to rebook on another airline without an overnight layover? Or to get them to cover hotel for 7 passengers?

Trying to figure out how to get to US from TLV for Pesach.

My original flight was AC TLV-YYZ for Sunday, 4/14 at 11:55am.  Flight was cancelled and AC rescheduled for next day / same time, i.e., Monday, 4/15 at 11:55am.  This flight was just cancelled too now, and waiting now on hold with AC.  They said they would send an update within 30 min of canceling (they did yesterday when they canceled), but it's been almost an hour.

Any advice how to get to Canada/US or which airline to ask to switch to for highest probability of flying out of Israel?

EDIT: After speaking with agent, sounds like every flight out of Israel before Pesach is full...any thoughts?

Sounds like there are no open seats out of Israel before Pesach - to Dubai, Europe, anywhere...

Waiting to see if AC opens a new flight, but appreciate any other suggestions!

It's tight especially if flight out of TLV is delayed a bit, note that delta's check-in deadline at ATH is 120 minutes before departure! and UA and AA is 75 minutes before departure, not sure about Emirates

If it's an Israeli airline you have to allow time for the security interview before check-in and also consider time to deplane from a widebody
