Like is there a "safe limit" to load per day / week / month, and to cash out via CA or MO?

MVD is all over the place. No way to tell a safe limit.

They won't post until the next statement (not the upcoming one). You can chat to have them post immediately.

I'm not sure what your second question is. They show pending a few days after you meet the req. They will post with the next batch that posts.
For some reason amex likes to make you wait for your points. Regular spend points instead of posting with the statement, show as pending for a full cycle and then only post the following statement.

Can you use an Amazon GC for amazon subscribe & save items like diapers?  When I tried to change the payment type I didn't see the gift card that I had uploaded onto the account.

How do I credit delta miles to another place, like Alaska or Flying Blue? Can someone recommend the best place to credit delta miles?

A family member of mine is running after me - since she's traveling quite often to London - I should advise her which cards to apply for so she could get some miles to use for her flights to London,

I'm still having fun collecting a lot of points and miles but have little experience in flight booking so I'm not sure which option would work for her best,

Should she go for United ( SP, UMPE) or rather for BA or maybe SPG, Amex gold?
