The new version says that this is R Shmuel's heter vechol hacholek olov keilo cholek al hashchina. It implies that all the signatories are saying that this is R Shmuel's Heter and therefore fine.

It seemed on this forum that the consensus was that this Heter was at best highly questionable rather the discussion centered around what the proper reaction should be and the tone of the discussion.
