I made a reservation at the PH NYC for my brother on his wedding night, and I had a friend check in so that my brother would have the key available and not need to wait in line to check in after the wedding. When my brother got to the room, the key was not working, and a few other times during the stay the key became deactivated and it required a replacement.
Normally, a faulty key wouldn't be an issue for me, but the fact that it happened multiple times, at such a prestigious property, on such a special night, is especially bad. What would be fair compensation?
