Just check to see if the Rav is quoting anybody else when using that term.
Need your LG Exalt fixed? Cracked in half? Water damage? Or parts to repair yourself. 347.201.2501
Interesting. So he could of been in any of the above when he wrote this (ק״א סימן תק״ז) I suppose:I was finding it puzzling to apply it to Russia.
Little Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Ukraine, or Western parts of Russia. (Specifically probably in Lyady)https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%9C%D7%97%D7%9F_%D7%A2%D7%A8%D7%95%D7%9A_%D7%94%D7%A8%D7%91
I don't have it in front of me. What does the footnote say?
Where was the שלחן ערוך הרב written? Mainly I'd like to know when he says "במדינותינו" which country he is referring to.

What does the rama mean when he writes that?
Either Krakow specifically or the Arbah Aratzos, or all Ashkanazic communities depending on the context.
Good. Now realize that the shulchan aruch a Harav is often quoting the rama
Not the one I quoted. He’s explaining why HE made the decision to omit a מג״א who has a leniency for yom tov. Since it’s dependent on קור גדול which he says isn’t applicable, he chose to omit it.
Sounds like he may have been a chosid and the cold (or rain) didn't bother him.
Nah. That halacha is conspicuously missing in the Shulchon Orech Harav.
In fact he says the opposite. Brings down the heter of cold and says that someone who eats in the sukka when they are patur is nikra hedyit.
@Pony see from אות ה and on:
why dont you make kiddush between 6-7?
See shulchan aruch harav? But is it 6-7 on the clock or is it adjusted for when real noon is in your area? And is it only red wine or white wine too?
