Does Citi allow for transfers of a credit line from one card to another? Does Chase or Amex allow that?

looking to open only 1 card

ink 120K for 8K spend and 95 fee or amex business gold 125K for 10K and 375 fee but 240 at staples is a given and W+ perk is a nice addon.

what would be recommended in terms of transfer partners other perk im not thinking of?

hi random question to the olam, was never into this whole credit card thing would like to start would love to get some advice for my first credit card where i could really get the most cash back/benefits from
I primary use my current credit card on groceries and spend around 2k$ monthly on groceries would spend a lot more then that amount around yomtov time and i spend much less on other miscellaneous things monthly
would be very appreciative if i can get some guidance here

Look for good sign up bonuses.  DansDeal main site has an Ink Chase business card offering a smoking 120,000 bonus points for spending $8,000 in 3 months.
Read about the benefits of the various cards to see which ones match your needs.  Read to see which cards give more than 1 ppd (point per dollar) on the spending you do most often.  A good place for this reding is Dan's posts comparing different cards. Such as the current post about the Ink card.

If you’re looking a CC good for groceries specifically, the Amex Blue Cash Preferred would be a good choice, giving 6%cash back up to $6,000 per year. Or the Amex gold card. It gives 4 points up to $25,000.
