A lot of reps wont let you PC until 12 months
This is not a new card. Have a freedom that I want to upgrade as I will be traveling and I want to take advantage of the travel benefits. I want to know if ok to downgrade back after a few months if I don't need the reserve anymore.

when i log in to my amex biz platinum an offer pops up that i can get 150k for opening a biz platinum. when i try to apply trough dans referral it says on the side that if i have or had this card i wont get the opening bonus. does it make sence that when i apply from my account i will get the bonus but from dans referral not?
The pop up offers from Amex usually are good even if you had or have the card. Read the offer to find out.

Amex giving a hard time via chat for one time courtesy to waive late payment fee (was paid next day couldn't log in), rep. wrote: I reviewed the fee for you and it is showing not eligible for waiver. Never have i seen a bank like Amex so stubborn. Any ideas how to get this waived?
