Is davening מנחה שמונה עשרה with a minyan davening מעריב שמונה עשרה considered davening with Minyan? Or maybe considered just as davening עם הציבור?

מ״ב רל״ו ס״ק י״א  definitely seems to imply that it’s better than nothing.

I'm not commenting on its application here, but causing someone to lose business is definitely mazik. The shelo k'din refers to the speaker, not the one who stops patronizing the business. If the LH is mazik and the speaker did not have a right to cause that hezek, it would be shelo k'din even if the person "has every right to withdraw on a whim".
Taking this here not to clog that thread.
What’s your source (beyond the book of Rav Reuvain) that causing a loss of business because of a למיחש מבעי is considered a mazik and what negate the heter of לתועלת?

I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

It may be a mazik but it’s not שלא כדין as it’s perfectly within the rights of למיחש מיבעי since you have no obligations at all to them על פי דין.

We’ve been through this a couple months back, I don’t remember where.

If the speaker has no right to be mazik, it's shelo k'din.

Incorrect. Only hezek beyond למיחש מיבעי.

Not according to Rav Moshe IIRC as it merely “burns” bread.

Wouldn't it be, at worst, garmi?

But that is not the case here because correct intent is needed either way

If warning people as a way of minimizing his business dealings to save them that’s not enough?

Two completely unrelated questions:

1. Is there any kashrus issue with ordering salmon sashimi (only fish, no rice or seasoning) from a non-kosher restaurant, assuming that: (i)  I was the fish before eating, and (ii) it's delivered to my office so there is no ma'aras ayin issue?

2. Is there any issue with purposely melting ice on Shabbos, either by rubbing it, pouring salt on it, etc?

Thanks!

Yes, it’s forbidden to cause it to melt by rubbing it. I’m not sure about pouring salt.
