Anyone have good fish ideas for shabbos other than classic salmon that are tasty?
Loads of ideas. What type of fish dish were you looking for, like type of food (ie, Chinese, Japanese, Moroccan, etc) and type of fish?
i don’t know because I’m not familiar with the specific types. I only know that I’m bored of the typical fare. My taste buds like strong /exotic flavors. It really bothers me that the typical Ashkenazic table is so boring and bland for shabbos. You won’t catch me eating potato kugel or gafilta fish.
add 3 cups of sugar

Seared tuna slices. Pepper crust it, make pan very hot, add a little sesame oil and sear. Slice thin slices and drizzle soy/teriyaki/ to taste
Sounds simple and delicious. What should I expect to pay? Quantity needed pp? Where do you buy - frozen, local, online etc?
I'd keep 3 bottles of milk on the table next to you
specifically sesame oil?
Its best. It gives a taste. Regular oil sears it, this flavors and sears it
if you mean canola oil by “regular oil” I use olive oil in general.
Yes, Toasted sesame oil gives it an Asian flavor..only need a little for great flavor.
Best recipe for baby chicken skewers?
I'm making a marinade for beef jerkey. What can I replace Worcestershire sauce with (because of the fish)? Or any recommendations for marinade that doesn't have it?Thanks
