But Travel Insurance, even though some have a war exclusion, some do cover for terrorism cancellations and I think this should be covered, however it's not for compensation only for expenses incurred

Flight: EWR-DFW
Class: Economy (Award)
Incident: The bathroom was disgusting (not to mention it was the first flight of the day for the aircraft)
Compensation: 5000 AA Miles

United cancelled my outbound from Israel.
They couldn’t rebook this week so bought my own flights out.
Was booked CSR.
How much can I expect from UA?
Anything i can get from chase?

War was declared they are not liable for any compensation

My flight from Israel got canceled and I had to book new flights for over 7k is there any coverage on that by chase saphire travel insurance (which i booked the originalticket)?

Unfortunately no coverage for alternative travel. Especially if it’s due to an unexpected war.

Terrorism is covered, however it seems that alternate travel is not covered, only by Amex

Pretty sure most paid insurances cover.

In the airport, or after you claimed?
Most airlines try to get out of paying based on the assumption that if your at home - you dont need essentials...
If you can explain why the delayed baggage did have essentials that you need (like a suit, breast pump or the like)... you should have a chance
