Non kosher cheese is up over 22% since Jan. It makes sense that a specialty item like kosher dairy would increase by much more.
Why? Besides for mashgichim and koshering costs (which makes CY always more expensive), why should it be jumping up so high vs. other milk?
In other words, what I am saying is, if the price of milk overall isn't rising so much due to inflation, why should specifically CY milk be rising so much.
