Even if you sell chametz, you are not allowed and the sale does not work on "challah" meaning challah that you took off from dough (hafrashas challah). Therefore you must get rid of it before pesach.

If moving in somewhere in the middle of Pessach, it is preferred that bedikas chomets is done (by someone else if needed) before Pessach.

If one will be say in a rented apartment just for Pessach, it is wise to include in the chomets sale, also any room or cupboard marked as 'sold'.
This way, without knowing what the place looks like, you have a place to put toasters or whatever unexpected problematic items one may encounter.

If you are consuming whole wheat matzo for the mitzva, be aware that if your matza was made by milling the bran and the kernel separately, you may need to subtract the bran from the shiur. This means practically that you need to add 15% more on your shiur to have a full kzayis.

It is my understanding that most matza bakeries mill the whole grain together, but that there are some who do it separately

If flying during Pessach and a meal is offered,  often it won't be Kosher for Pessach.

If possible,  try ordering a fruit platter.
If the ticket has not been ordered yet, have Kavono not to be Koyne the ticket.*

Not accepting the meal does not help, as allocated already.

The fact that a special meal is in fact, only a request and not an obligation to the airline, does not help.
