Foil in a microwave is a terrible idea unless one is attempting libun gamur on the whole kitchen.

Yes. I was referring to foil in general.

Same source says Sheeris chickens are projected to have an 8% success rate in shechita for the next two weeks. Though they said "daleket."
From what I understand this could be a big chisaron in Kashrus.
Top hechsherim shecht after doing a sample check of a batch of chickens to see the treifos percentage. First of all they supposedly want to have the percentage below miut hamotzui  and second of all it makes a lot of pressure on the bodkim when the bedika slows down the line. Especially in a hechsher such as shearis which always boasts to have a maila that they can be machmir and send things to rabbanut. In such a situation the bodek has to pasken what is "glatt " and goes to shearis ,what is kosher for rabbanut and what is treif. When a large percentage is questionable this takes a considerable amount of time which leads to backup and pressure.

around Pesach I check everything.
There are things in Osher Ad with a price in front of the shelf labeling them Badatz, but the product itself says the Badatz is not for Pesach. I think the workers made a mistake (the hechsher at the front is supposed to be the Pesach one), but as I said, I check every package before Pesach.
Agav, Rabbi Gross's matzah seems to have acquired some extra hechsherim this year. I don't recall KSH last year... (I usually buy a kilo and sell it for Pesach - then eat it on Pesach Sheni. It is very tasty and cheap for hand matzah.)

Indeed. In case it wasn't clear, I am hereby announcing that it is unnecessary to sell it.
EDIT: I mentioned selling it (which I do) in case someone thought I consider it to be reliable for Pesach. Obviously, the hechsherim on the box do.

Someone asked our Rav if he can buy Rabbanut Matzos to feed the goats that he cares for (not his). The Rav told him he needs to worry about owning Chametz on Pesach...

I normally buy frozen strawberries and blend them. Can I soak and wash fresh American strawberries to blend? Or peel them to blend?

If you peel a fresh strawberry... There's nothing to check (the layer where they reside is off)...

Right, question is which way is better if they are being blended anyway.

A mumcha once told me that he had seen blended strawberries with the bugs still intact.  He had a tzad to say that the new, powerful, high-end blenders (I believe it was Ninja) do get the bugs, but that was unconfirmed.  Peeling and blending would seem to make it a sfek skeika and be very good.  I'm not a rav.  Don't rely me.
