"reliable hechsher" is something that has been hotly debated countless times. It would be easier for members to help you if you list the hechsherim that YOU rely on.
Small people talk about other people.
Average people talk about things
BIG PEOPLE TALK ABOUT IDEAS.

Kashrut/s is both underrated and overrated.  8)
What type of place? Meat/Milk? Classy or eatery? (TBH I don't know Netanya but hopefully your answers will lead to more accurate responses.)
When I am in an unfamiliar spot I go here:
https://www.mishloha.co.il/%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%97%D7%99%D7%9D/%D7%A0%D7%AA%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%94/%D7%9B%D7%A9%D7%A8_%D7%9C%D7%9E%D7%94%D7%93%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%9F
but this is just lists of places that deliver and a pic or two and a menu (sometimes even what kashrus it is), and tells you nothing about ambience and how good the food tastes.

Thanks, that was very helpful! Someone mentioned Alonzo’s was mehadrin, good food and right by the square.

If you want a desert place, there's a great french bakery halfway up the midrachov on the right hand side, when your back is to the water

The Kotel tunnel tours are nice and there is the Machon HaMikdash museum.

Those are stroller accessible? Do you need to book in advance?

You park the stroller at the beginning of the tour and pick it up at the end.
If you are traveling pretty much anytime besides extremely busy season you can book that day, but obviously if you are very scheduled might as well book early just in case.

Does anyone know of a candy making workshop for kids similar to Tomo? They don't seem to be open or have availability on Sukkos.
