There are varying opinions within Jewish law whether a utensil manufactured under Jewish ownership and is transferred to a non-Jewish retailer (for the sole purpose of re-selling it), requires Tevila (immersion). The Rabbinic authorities at OK Kosher have determined that it does not.

Interesting. Anyone know which opinions they are referring to? Many achronim discuss at length if selling kaylim to a non Jew for pesach would necessitate tvelia afterward. Perhaps the sevara is mentioned there.

factory produced utensils have a high chance of being used by a goy who buys it instead of you, as opposed to the utensils that you own and sell only for pesach

It does make sense that Bingo can control their supply chains, and they are Jewish, so that explains the exception.

Can someone please break this down for me? I really have no idea (either halacha or "faux meats") but is it different than "vegan-plant based meat" (like impossible foods or beyond meat) as here it's cultured and the base (ma'amed?) is actually meat (cow stem cells) which themselves aren't enough of the final product to make it "Fleish" but are enough to stop actual mixing with milk? Or is it a mar'as ayin issue and if so does he hold vegan meat is also an issue?
