Looking for something upper class, elegant, to sit for a good 4-5 hours... Thanks

Keyara. Or Sheyan (upstairs from Keyara), if you like Asian cuisine. Either way, don't forget to print a 10% coupon form eLuna.com, or do moish's idea and get a coupon book from the Prima Kings next door.

Both are in the Windmill, just off King George on Ramban.

surprised no one mentioned shianz.

??? ??? ???

Gonna assume you meant Sheyan.

I was a very big fan of Amirim when I went. Secular yishuv w/ a mehadrin chalavi restaurant a few doors down by a Canadian Chabad family, and 2 shuls in the neighboring yishuv a 10 minute walk away.

We stayed in the largest, 2 story, unit.

Fish and Two Vegetables review

This new sushi place just opened recently in the Bucharim Shuk area. As its name implies, the concept is simple: for 26 NIS, you can choose any fish and any two vegetables to make your own roll. His is the list you choose from:

There is also a menu of predefined sushi rolls, as well as some other dishes, if making your own roll (or sushi in general) isn't your thing.

It is interesting to note that the owner and the sushi chef are both former employees of Sushi Garden.

I ordered a salmon, avocado, cucumber roll:

The sushi was quite good, although I think Sushi Garden may have been a little better, unless my mind/memory is playing tricks on me. Still, they are more flexible in allowing you to create your own roll than Sushi Garden was. Although one big drawback is the seating: there are no tables and chairs, just a long, narrow counter along one wall with 5 or 6 tall, uncomfortable stools. I guess you can't win 'em all...
